WILLIE CONCEPCION

Co-Director of Operations

Willie Concepcion joined TCC from Staten Island, NY and was serving as TCC’s Director of International Operations, earning that title following the 2019 offseason. He was promoted to Co-Director of Operations in the Fall of 2024.

Willie is a member of TCC’s Road Trip Camp staff which travels the country training catchers, and is currently tasked with assisting in program logistics, player development, mental performance and a wide variety of areas supporting the growth of TCC. Willie spent time at Chestnut Hill College (PA), Pace University (NY) and the College of Staten Island (NY). In 2018, Willie was drafted by the Plattsburg Redbirds of the independent Empire Professional Baseball League and then traded to the Puerto Rican Islanders, where Willie proudly made his professional debut on the island his family hails from.

Due to various heath-related issues, Willie was forced to miss the 2019 season, but accepted a minor league manager’s job with the Seattle Mariners for the 2022 season.

Willie holds a bachelor’s degree in Developmental Psychology at the College of Staten Island and is soon to complete his masters in Mental Health.

KATE DAWSON

Camp Operations Consultant

Kate has been with our program since she was 9 years old, and has been a member of our staff for the last 12+ years. A senior staff member and current lead program administrator, Kate took over as our Director of Softball Operations in 2015 and was promoted to Director of Camp Operations in 2018. Kate graduated from Post University in 2017 with a degree in Business Administration. She was an All-Academic student athlete three years in a row, second team All-Conference her Junior year and named captain her Senior year.  Kate travels with the program during our road trip camps, and is an integral member of our Summer Camp senior staff as well as helping to manage the day-to-day operation of the program. .

JAIDEN MCKENNA

SENIOR SOFTBALL INSTRUCTOR

Jaiden is currently a senior student athlete at Bryant University (NCAA Div 1 - RI) with a major in Health Science: General Health, as well as minors in Business Administration and Strength & Conditioning.

She has been a TCC student since 2016, and a TCC instructor since 2022. She was promoted to Senior Softball instructor in 2023 and is an invaluable member of the TCC Road Trip Camp staff, traveling all over the country training catchers at all levels.

Received the Coach’s Award her freshman year and has made Dean’s List her last 6 semester of college.

Has been a standout player for the Nor’Easters travel softball program since she was 13.
