BUILT-IN FLEXIBILITY

Not local to TCC? Your private-lesson value is protected.

Families who cannot reasonably use in-person private lessons may convert the included private-lesson value dollar-for-dollar into TCC Flex Credit. This does not change the package's $5,100 stated retail value — it simply allows the family to redirect that value into services they can realistically use.

LESSON CONVERSION - $200 / hour

Included lesson value converts dollar-for-dollar into Flex Credit.

ROAD TRIP CAMP - $375

Flex Credit may be applied toward additional eligible Road Trip Camp registrations.

REMOTE ANALYSIS - $500 / month

Flex Credit may be applied toward additional full months of Remote Video Analysis.

Example: A package containing $1,000 of private-lesson value may instead be converted into $1,000 of TCC Flex Credit — enough for two additional months of Remote Video Analysis, or it may be applied toward additional Road Trip Camps with any remaining balance retained for later eligible use during the four-year term.

How the package works

Four-Year Term: All included camp registrations, remote-analysis months, private lessons and Flex Credit must be redeemed within four years of purchase.

Summer Camps: Each included registration is valued at the current $575 standard rate. This rate is locked in regardless of whether TCC raises Summer Camp prices during the 4-year plan.

Road Trip Camps: Each included registration is valued at the priority rate of $375 and may be used at an eligible TCC-operated Road Trip Camp. This rate is locked in regardless of whether TCC raises Road Trip Camp prices during the 4-year plan.

Remote Video Analysis: Each active month includes up to four video analyses valued at $500/month. Included months do not need to be used consecutively, but all analyses must be used by the conclusion of the subscription month. Sessions do NOT roll over to the next active month.

Private Lessons: Instruction is valued at $200 per hour. Included lesson value may instead be converted into TCC Flex Credit.

Families choose the camp mix that best fits geography, schedule and development needs.

Remote-analysis months can be activated when they provide the greatest value.

Non-local families can redirect private-lesson value instead of losing access to that portion of the package.
